  • Where do you ship?
    • We currently ship to states within the United States, APO/FPO/DPO Military, and US territories only. Shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and will be added at checkout. 
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • At this time, we do not currently ship internationally, however, we do have plans to offer in the future
  • What different carriers do you use for shipping?
    • Shipping is mainly done with USPS as it is more advantageous, however. UPS is also an option. You will be able to make your decision at checkout.
  • Can I track my order?
    • Here at Blanks by Woo, we understand the importance of making sure your order is not lost in transit and is delivered on time. For this reason, all tracking number are provided during order processing.
    • As a buyer, you can opt-in to receive additional updates at checkout by selecting to receive updates from the Shop app, however, this is optional. 
  • What if my order is not delivered in the timeframe specified?
    • Please note that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package maybe withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.
  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?
    • At this time, we do not ship to PO box, unless your local office has provided you with further instructions. 
  • What do I do if I never received my package?
    • We are very sorry that this happened to you, however, in mist of COVID 19, this has become a common issue. Unfortunately, once the items leaves our hands, it is NO LONGER in our control.
    • There is no need to worry as with every purchase we do provide tracking details as well as insurance up to $50. Additional coverage can be purchased, if necessary. 
    • Please contact the shipping services that apply to your order and file a claim to recover your package or potential refund.
